SERVICE POLICY

·    Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected.

·    Merchandise damaged by misuse or mishandling will be considered out of warranty.

·    MediaWave will not be liable for missing parts or damages generated through shipment.

·    Warranty period on replaced parts or machine will not be extended.

·    MediaWave will not repair or replace anything without your final authorization.

·    Out of warranty repairs will be quoted by the Service Department including the following: Estimation fee: $65, Labor: $65/hour
